Health is wealth. So, everyman wants to be healthy. In order to follow the rules of health, he has to do certain things. At first, he should always eat a balanced diet. Then, he should always drink enough safe water. Next, he should go to bed early and rise early in the morning. He should sleep and take a rest properly in time. After that, he should take exercise regularly in time. Physical exercise builds up our body strong and keeps us fit for hard work. It also helps to digest food. He should always put on neat and clean dress and keep houses neat and clean. He should wash his face and hands well with a piece of soap before taking meals and after using latrines. He should never eat the dirty food. Besides, he should always remain cheerful to be healthy. Thus, he can follow the rules of health to be healthy.
